Our mission is to help educate young people on scientific topics, current events in science, and scientific research. Our goal is to spark interest in topics that are not necessarily in the forefront of most teens’ minds in today’s world.

Our goal is to present interesting information in an easy to digest, fun way. We do this by collecting information on the latest scientific discoveries and happenings, and condensing it into easy-to-understand articles that are meant to be able to be read by the average teenager.
About Our Guest Writer
Justin is a high school student from Southern California who aspires to become a geohydrologist or water policy analyst when he is older. Justin is glad to be writing for Sciety, and is happy to help educate various people on earth science. In his free time, Justin enjoys going out with friends, hiking, and skiing (especially in the Sierra Nevadas).

Scarlett is a high school student from New York City with a passion for science and mathematics. Scarlett founded this blog in order to share her passion with others, especially other teenagers. In her free time, Scarlett enjoys playing guitar, going to the gym, and reading.
